Kodak Six-20 Brownie C

Posted by Picasa
My first camera... Black and white photographs off course. As a child I use to play with it. I don`t remember if I got film in it or not. Probably not.

Impressive technique!

This Monochrome concept came from Aileni at Monochrome Weekly

Great to see someone else with a camera to display. Sadly mine is a replacement, not the original camera - but it is a perfect match.

That's exactly it - these cameras inspire memories of childhood. They were old and we were glad to have new ones. Now they are something special.

Great shot of your first camera.

Fin gammal kamera.

Camera has evolved so much. And still we look back to old versions with respect and awe.

Perfekt for sepia.

Like many people of a certain age, this was my first camera. I have some prints taken at the Acropolis in Athens with mine, that would have been early 1962.

This is truly a treasure. Keep it well.

That's an extraordinary camera. My grandpa used to have one. Of course, it disappeared. Must be in some museum or collector's home.

One of the most popular cameras ever... photos for the masses... What a wonderful "feel" they have, these pieces of history, and the technology in them was indeed amazing...

Niina sa...

Vilken fin kamera!

Oh, Gry, that brings back memories! Remember having to load the film by rolling it around a spindle? and you couldn't expose the film or you would lose all your pictures?

Tunes Photo sa...

Margaret, my father was a teacher, and the school had a darkroom. It was so exiting to be with him and see the photos slowly expose.
